In combining service with competitive rates we are able to offer our clients a cost effective solution to the relining of their Grinding Mills. We are able to achieve this by utilizing skilled Papua New Guinean reline crews thus allowing us to minimize the number of expatriates we have on site. This is done by employing highly experienced expatriate reline supervisors to lead and manage our crews.
Our crews consist of Papua New Guinean and Expatriate crews who have extensive experience in the mining sector.

Commitment to Training
Workforce South Pacific Ltd is designing a Relining Training Program specifically to train Papua New Guineans in all aspects of Relining. Working closely with OTML Mill Maintenance, we are building a replica section of a SAG Mill with a RME Liner Handler to simulate live working conditions.
This training program will have theory and practical modules covering the following topics:
RME Liner Handler/LRT pre-starts
Liner Handler installation & removal from Mill
RME Liner Handler/LRT Safe Operating Procedures
Safe Rigging of liner components inside Mill
All correct loading/unloading with forklift reline operations
All correct communication inside & outside Mill reline operations
Deeming a Mill Safe or Unsafe to carry out Relines
It is envisaged that this program will be opened to the mining sector has a whole, and will benefit mines through increasing relining productivity whilst at the same time reducing downtime.
